We value your time and will make every effort to see you precisely on schedule and complete your treatment in as few visits as possible. Please help us to serve you and our other patients by keeping scheduled appointments and arriving on time. We would appreciate your cooperation in helping us run our schedule. Please give us at least 48 hours or more notice if you are unable to keep an appointment.
Emergencies:
We work by appointment, but our responsibility to you is not limited by the clock. Do not hesitate to call us if an emergency arises. We will take immediate appropriate action to ensure you comfort.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment for services is appreciated at the time they are rendered. If you have dental insurance, you only need to pay any applicable deductible and co-payment at time of service. We will file the claim with your insurance company for any benefits payable. It may be helpful for you to review your benefits package. Please be aware that reimbursement amounts are not a guideline of quality care. We can file most insurance claims for you, and we will work with you to insure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled. If you have questions about your insurance plan or payment options, please contact us.
We don't want financial issues to prevent our patients from receiving the quality dental care they deserve. For the portion of costs not covered by insurance and for those without dental insurance, we offer several payment options:
- Cash or Personal Check
- Credit Card - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express
- Payment Plans or Other Financing Available
- 90 days same as cash
Insurance:
We can file most insurance claims for you. Please bring your insurance plan information with you on your first visit. We will work with you to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled. Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. Most plans include coinsurance provisions, a deductible, and certain other expenses which must be paid by the patient at time of services. Reimbursement amounts are not, and never have been, a guideline for quality of care. It may be helpful for you to review your benefits package. If you have any questions about your insurance plan or payment options, please contact us.
